The Carer's Information Pack aims to provide carers with a range of information about mental health services, mental illness and services for carers. It has been compiled by Gill Foot, a Mental Health Carers' Support Worker and carer, as a Service Improvement Project which has been accredited by the University of Surrey and supported by the Care Service Improvement Partnership.
