Training

Everybody’s Business is an online learning package which can be accessed either individually or in groups. It contains extensive participant reading and activities. The group based online learning uses trained e-moderators to help you work your way through these materials, so no one needs to do it alone.

The course is divided into four sections to be completed by the end date as shown for each programme.

  • Section 1: raising awareness (what is mental health, risk and resilience factors)
  • Section 2: mental health (diagnostic labels, mental health disorders, assessment, child development)
  • Section 3: roles and responsibilities (structure of CAMHS, what can be done by front-line, case studies, when to refer on)
  • Section 4: what helps (listening skills, engaging young people).

The e-learning can be accessed through http://learning.camhs.org.uk and then click on the ‘create new account’ link.
